How can everything be reserved in people's carts INSTANTANEOUSLY upon loading? I mean, I have fast internet and it just doesn't seem possible that everything is gone unless they have one of each item.

I would have put this in the BP, but I'm honestly asking, how does this happen? Has anyone got anything lately? Is it possible?

I've never visited the site but I heard about it on the news the other day. Some sites of the same nature have different levels of membership. Someone who orders from them a lot or pays for membership may have access to the sales/items before they become available to you. Don't know if this is how it works for myhabit.com but I have seen similar sites that work like this.

Clearly, I live under a rock, but I was thinking something very different (http://tvland.classictvhits.com/FlyingNun/)when I read your post.

According to some threads on slickdeals (and the discussion here last week), people are using various "tricks", one being some kind of computer hocus pocus (tech savvy, I'm not!) to instantly load every item into their carts the second the sale opens. Many people are also setting up lots of different accounts using different email addresses so they can use the $25 credit over and over again.

It's so frustrating! I know in the grand scheme of things it's far from the end of the world, but still!

Oh my gosh, I know! And has anyone ever been on a waiting list and been emailed? It never works for me.

My Habit is Amazon's answer to Zulilly, Gilt, Baby Steals, etc. .

I put a pair of See Kai Runs on waiting list in May and haven't gotten any notice that they are in stock.
