I recently replied on a thread here (http://windsorpeak.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=406071&page=2) about not being too fond of the Stark. I had purchased one for a a trip a few months back and another for my sister because of the smokin' deal. :) I tried it out once at the mall but didn't give it a real chance because DH didn't like it from the start and I could hear him complaining about it in the future. So I avoided getting it dirty and never tried it again so I could sell it and get all my money back...which I did. :yay:

Anyway, my sister came to visit and brought the Stark along. I told her I'd spray it for her (in the spot roseylox mentioned) to make it easier to open but as it turned out it wasn't sticky when I opened it. Apparently it was used enough by her that it became easier to open. I decided to give it a test drive again with the older kiddos in the house AND well, I CHANGED MY MIND!!! It's an awesome little travel stroller afterall!!!! and I would definitely chose it over the Volo for travel. I wish I actually had the Stark instead of the Volo on that last trip because with the bigger girls it would have been a nicer push than the Volo. It just feels sturdier. I also prefered how my 7 month sat in the Stark over the Volo. Doesn't she look better in the Stark? Her head doesn't fall sideways like in the Volo and she isn't nearly as slouchy. She looks more comfortable in the Stark but the Volo looks too big for her still.

Lots of comparison pics below (and on reply posts because I couldn't fit them all)!!! Hope these are helpful to someone.

Great pics! I love the Starck. I was not a fan of the Volo when I had one.

I think you'll love it and I hope it hurries for you. :)

Multimama, I LOVE that you have 5 strollers an no car. That's just GREAT!:rotflmao: If only it was more PT and walking friendly here I would totally give up my car.

Yeah, no contest, the starck is waaay better than the volo. I've never liked the volo, it seems very cheapo. The starck looks very simplified, but it's actually got a high end feel and also I think it is great if you have a wide range of kids. For example, my starck fits my 7.5 yr old, 6 yr old and 2 yr old just fine. Not many umbrella strollers can do that. Plus, it's just a beautiful, lol. We went to the art museum at a larger city a few wks ago and I took my starck and felt like it fit in with the art museum, lol.

Love the pics, thanks for sharing! I miss my starck. I left it with the grandparents but next time I visit I plan to make a trade. I will leave them my cybex topaz. The topaz feels redundant with the bee around but I think the starck will give me a nice bare bones option when we need it.

Thanks. :) This is what helps me not feel so bad about all the strollers. Even just one care would be a *lot* more expensive!
