I placed a pretty large order for back-to-school stuff from Gap and Old Navy (for those that don't know, you can order from from both and a few other stores and they are all billed and shipped together) about two or three days ago. As soon as I placed the order, they billed my debit card almost $400 (which was correct). Today, my husband just called and they billed the $400 again. Both are pending but are holding up funds through my debit card ... so instead of being "charged" $400, I've been "charged" $800. I don't ever remember them doing this before (I order from them all the time, albeit not usually this large of an order). Should I call them or wait and hope one of the charges falls off the debit card?
