They sent home a CACFP form about household income from daycare. Is this something I have to fill out? I don't really think it is any of their business what I make. I do not get any breaks in tuition I pay the full rate.

I am tempted to just write does not apply and send it back. Any reason not to?

TIA

We are required to complete one b/c even though WE aren't eligible, the center receives federal funds towards breakfast, lunch and one snack and they have to have this form from everyone.

It has been years since ds1 was in daycare, but I remember having to fill it out...but I am pretty certain we didn't put our income. I would ask the school, but I think you can put something like declined to provide for the income.

We used to fill one out every year for DD1's program. I believe there is a box that you can check that simply says something like "We do not qualify for whatever". I would just check that and turn it back in. I never had to give any further information.

Thisv makes me not want to fill it out even more...... because if they are getting money to buy the effing HONEY BUNS they served my 18 month old I am definately against endorsing this!

We don't have to do anything like this unless we want financial aid. But they do not provide breakfast or lunch, only snacks.

the center the girls went to last year required it. I tried to not do it but they, as PP stated, needed to have one back from every family regardless of your eligibility for assistance. I felt really uncomfortable submitting it but did it for the director whom I trusted.

We just put income too high in the money blank and completed the rest of the form.
