She's actually a real person! She's a stylist. She has a show on Bravo now, but but before that she styled a lot of starlets...who all got really skinny. Nicole Ritchie fired her and implied that Rachel Zoe was part of the reason she had an eating disorder. And then when Rachel Zoe's show came out, there was buzz that the producers doctored her photos in promotional materials so she didn't look anorexic. But that was all several years ago, and now she's a designer in addition to being a stylist.

(My defense to knowing all this embarrassing info is I lived in LA)
