Sale on PBK halloween costumes?

I got an email from PBK saying "Save 20% on Costumes, Treat Bags & More plus free shipping" But there is no promo code and not all the costumes are on sale (the one I want is on sale, but not nearly 20% off), and no free shipping. Anyone else get this?

I got the email too....The title specifics ALL costumes but I didn't get a code or anything either. I tried clicking on the link in the email but not ALL costumes are on sale. I would try calling Customer Service if you are really interested in a costume.

I called. The CS said the prices on the costumes ARE 20% off. Some of them are crossed out and re-typed in red and some aren't. For example, the Garden Fairy Butterfly Fairy is $79 in the catalog and is listed as $59.99 on the website. It's not exactly 20% off though...actually a bit more? Confusing!

Hmmm... that can't be right (what CS told you, harmony) because the costume I'm interested in (the skeleton) was $49 and is on sale for $45, so not 20% off either. It has been listed at $49 for a while, and I think that was always the original price. I think someone employed by PBK needs to go back to intro math.
