First dollhouse (sorry, another dollhouse thread)

Okay, I've been convinced that DD may enjoy a dollhouse, but I don't know what to get.

Because I'd like to get a more gender neutral dollhouse, I've looked at wooden dollhouses from Plan Toys, Kidcraft and Battat, but I don't know if DD, who will be about 2.5 at Christmas, will be ready for this type of dollhouse.

Any suggestions for a first dollhouse? I've been considering the following:

I know the FP Loving Family Dollhouse gets a lot of love and it looks great, but I can't get past the fact that it's so hugely PINK.

I really like the Callico Critters' stuff but, man oh man, the accessories for it are so pricey! But that looks like a nice set.

I got a beautiful Ryan's Room wooden one. Nobody played with it. Sold and let the ILs buy the big pink plastic one. It is getting less play now, but it has been a huge hit for a long time. I know...the pink...but as much as I've hated light pink, she has loooooved it and wants everything in her world to be pink. It makes her happy.
