online?
I buy them at marshall's at about $4 each but I am sure there has to be a website where I can get them cheaper, any ideas?
Thanks!

BHFO Books has lots of cheap books and free shipping if you spend $20. They have a good selection but they definitely don't have everything. www.bhfobooks.com

Amazon has lots of books on a 4 for 3 promotion, so if you want specific titles, you might check if they are part of this promotion.

I go to Once Upon a Child for cheap ones. They seem better maintained than other thrift type stories and more current.

We have a lot of excellent library systems here in the Portland area, and they have sales of books that are either excess or just needing to clear out.

Hardbacks are about $1-2 each
Paperbacks are usually .25 each.

You might see if a library in your area does a book sale. Garage sales might be another good option.

If you don't mind used, library book sales are good places to check. Our town's library runs a very good book sale with lots of books where children's books are 50 cents each.

Do you have a Half Price Books in your area? They have used and some new books.

Thank you for the lnik to BFHO books!

We buy at garage sales and certain thrift stores. I usually spend .25 to .70. It is rare that I pay $1.

I have also posted on CL asking to buy board books in a "lot" no luck yet, but I posted to the books section and I think I should have posted in the kids section. When I posted kid books to sell on CL I had a TON of interest.
