Yes, often parts of my orders have come from the UK and parts from PA, so they have come separately. It should list the remaining items on the packing slip and in the shipment confirmation email you got.

The little book is a gift for making your first purchase with Boden. It contains some washing instructions I think and otherwise just harmless trivia :)

I was actually worried about part of an order i am still waiting for from COTD. I called Wendesday and they said it was coming from the UK and i should have it by today.
