Also, I've had companies accidentally charge my card twice where it shows up in pending more than once but once the final charge goes through it's only one time. So, I'd wait and see what actually goes on your credit card, if anything. It may just be a temp charge to see if your CC is a correct number?

Yes, it can be combined with cash back sites. At participating sites, there is simply a Shoprunner log in by the shipping choices. I always go through cashback sites and then log in for free shipping and I have never had any issues.

I've had shoprunner for about a year and I have never had any problems. I don't use the return shipping too much but when I have, no issues with it. It is true that not EVERYTHING on each site works for shoprunner, it is not normally an issue. What i have found is that items that normally don't qualify are items that must ground ship due to ingredients (flammable products from drugstore.com, etc). It is very nice for TRU and BRU since their shipping is incredibly overpriced. I use it for drugstore.com and Dick'sSporting goods a lot too.

Many of those complaints are for being charged at 30 days of free trial which is what they *tell* you they will do.

I use this service a lot because I order nearly everything online to save on time, tax, and I get cashback from many so it makes it worth it to me. Wish i could have gotten in on this and renewed mine for another year for free!

Eligible items will have the shopprunner symbol on the product page. (and it says shoprunner eligible) When you check out, there's a place where it asks you to log in with your shoprunner username/pw. I've only ordered Playmobil and Lego from TRU. Most Playmobil are shoprunner eligible. The only Legos that are not shoprunner eligible are the new items. If you wait a while they become eligible too. I've also used it once at drugstore.com to get a tub of toothpaste.

Yes, I've noticed the same thing! I signed up for the free year. And then I went immediately to try to use it at drugstore.com, but everything that I wanted to buy (because the prices were decent) were deemed Ineligible for Shoprunner!! Still waiting to see if I'll ever be able to use this thing!
