You Have To Buy a Kindle Power Adapter With the Touch?

My Kindle Keyboard is about a year old. A power adapter came with the Kindle. It seems you have to buy it separately with the Touch. Am I missing something?

The Touch comes with a USB cable that you can plug into a computer or laptop. But you have to buy the adaptor that goes into the wall for $10.

Or you can use another USB-to-AC adaptor, such as the one for iDevices, many cell phones, etc.

It will charge fine on your computer (at least it does on mine), so it that is ok with you, you do not have to buy the AC adaptor.
