Help me decide

How do I want my name to read on my law school diploma? First Name, Middle Name, Last Name or just First Name, Last Name? :shrug:

What is standard on a professional diploma? I imagine this will be hanging on my office wall for many years and I want it get it right.

Pretty sure all my diplomas, including my law school one, have my middle name.

Not an atty, but my professional school grad degree is

FirstName MI. LastName

Thank you both. I just filled out the form and went with First Name, Middle Name, Last Name. That was my inclination but I hesitated when I saw that there was just one big blank line with no specific instructions.

I used my middle name (which is my maiden name) for my diploma and my license. If I hadn't kept my maiden name I would probably just use my middle initial.

I do not think a middle name is necessary at all. Use it only if you like it.

In my case I do really like it, it is my grandmother's maiden name so I'm happy to include it.
