I was looking to get a Buggy Board and a Mountain Buggy comes with it

I was looking at CL for a Buggy Board and the only one I found is being sold with an old Mountain Buggy Urban Double (adjustable handle but single sunshade, so maybe 2005?). The owner says both are in good condition though the seat fabric on the MB is very faded. They are asking $100. Is this too much?

Originally I was looking for a Board to add to my Chariot Cougar 2, but I'm not sure the Chariot is compatible with a board. That would still be my preference, but no-one is replying to my post on this topic, so I'm losing hope.

I've never heard of a board on a chariot or other trailer. Does it have an axel to attach one to?

The owner emailed me some pictures...it's very faded and the board is a Lascal Kiddy Board, which I believe is now discontinued. The stroller frame, footplate, handlebar, etc all look to be in good condition though. It looks like it was just left out in the sun alot...I'm tempted, but wasn't in the market for stroller #5...just the board, and it seems like a lot of people on these boards prefer the HitchHiker...But, now that I've been looking at pictures online of how the boards attach, I don't think the Chariot has anywhere to attach a board to...
