I just saw this yesterday:

So now, it's not just gluten but wheat in general that can kill you?
Then a few days ago I heard about this:
http://www.forksoverknives.com/about/synopsis/
I haven't seen it yet, but a GF did and she and her Dh are now trying to eat a plant based diet. Which is not easy because they are both traditional Asian eaters, and we love our meat!
With all the articles, documentaries and books coming out about foods that can kill you, are slowly killing you, or could kill you, will there be any food left? Is eating everything in moderation a completely obsolete concept now? Does one not have to worry about any of this unless they are actually experiencing health issues, or is this all in the category of preventative care?
