Quick help! How to open bottle q

I just bought two bottles of TJ's Prosecco that is covered not by a wire cage, but with a piece of twine. The cork sticks out above the bottle just a bit. How do I open these??

If it's the kind where the cork is larger on the part that's not in the bottle, take off the twine, use a dish towel to give you a better grip, and twist/pull. If it looks basically like a wine cork, just use a corkscrew.
