Sandbridge Beach, Virginia

We plan on having a family reunion at a beach house here and I was wondering if anyone ever heard or rented from a company called Sandbridge Blue.
Rental itself for the house is $4,800.00 and with sales tax (15.5%) it comes to $5,600.00 approximately. Plus they charge additional surcharge of $40.00
every tiime you use a credit card because they prefer checks. (I actually think this is illegal but they assured me it's standard practice there).

I actually am ok with all the fees but I wanted to make sure it was a reputable company and the house I contract for is actually what the pictures depict. I checked BBB and did searches and I couldn't find any complaints or reasons to suspect anything. I've never been to there so I have no idea and wondered what you mamas thought.

Particularly if you've rented a house over there or knew of any rental companies that are reputable and would recommend.
