My heart breaks for her parents. I can't imagine being so strong facing a diagnosis like this and then losing her so suddenly on top of it.

Oh no.
I had been reading about her and praying for her parents. I hope all can find some peace.
That's shocking. She was supposed to have more time.
I'm so sorry for the family.
Aw, jeez. I hadn't heard about this. I can't even imagine the horror that these parents have gone/are going through. My heart goes out to them.
I just read about her two days ago. Heartbreaking.
I saw the story in the news but couldn't bring myself to click on it. I just clicked on your link finally...I didn't realize until now she had SMA.
I have worked with a few kids with SMA...it is a terrible disease.
Oh no. They thought they would have more time with her. This is heartbreaking. I read the blog a couple of days ago. The Dad is amazing to be writing that.
Ok I shouldn't have opened up that link since I'm at work and feel like crying now. Avery has a similar name to my DD (and same middle name). My DD was born just 3 wks before Avery. The last photo, oh my goodness.
Sweet Baby Avery. She was incredibly lucky to have such wonderful parents--and they were even luckier to have had her <3
That story brought tears to my eyes. Her parents are so brave.
