Do Lands End uniforms get any better than 40% off?

I know that there is a sale later in the year on the logos, but 40% off saves me more.
Do the two ever happen at the same time? Should I wait or stock up now while everything is 40% off?

I generally stock up when they run 40% off sale prices. My target is $15 or less for pants. When they go that low I buy the next size we need. Generally i buy winter clothes in July and summer clothes in January.
