KidKraft train set at Costco compatible with Thomas wooden railway?

My neighbor is interested in the KidKraft train table at Costco that includes a train set. Does anyone know if this particular train set is compatible with Thomas wooden railway track and trains?

Just seconding that yes, they do go together. Most wooden track is compatible w/ other wooden track, although occasionally some pieces are a little trickier to fit together. We have last year's Costco train table set and the track fits fine w/ our Thomas and other wooden tracks.
