Best bunting for very cold weather?

I'm posting this here, as I'm hoping to purchase something asap. Can anyone recommend a good bunting in size 18mo for *very* cold weather?

are you planning to use this in a stroller or...? Having to fit something into a carseat for instance is very different. In a stroller, you can use blankets. I know that in northern Sweden (where DH is from), they use sheep skin/fur in their strollers. I think IKEA even sells them.

Planning to use in a stroller and in a carrier. Hoping for something with feet and hands covered.

We used fleece one pieces from LLB. We also used a shower cap fleece cover from Baby Polar Gear.
