Printable coupon for in-store use only:

Thanks!!
was that a one time use coupon?
I assume it is not since I found it on another deal site.
My son has been wanting a hand puppet from there.
It says on the coupon:
"For each customer, this coupon can be redeemed only once at any Barnes & Noble retail bookstore."
I just printed the email that I received with my 40% off coupon (i had apparently deleted it oops!) and the 503031 # is exactly the same as the one posted so I think anyone should be able to use it!
Thank you.
Thanks for sharing! Hoping to use this to get started on Christmas shopping! :)
Thanks for posting this! I tried to put a Leappad on hold at my store since the inventory checker says they have them...we'll see if it's true! Then i'll have to figure out which one to keep since I just bought the Explorer as well. Oh and apparently TRU is having all the Leapfrog games BOGO starting tomorrow! I bought some games BOGO 50% at Kmart today so i'll be returning them!
I couldnt figure it out either.
Try this:
GREEN [barnesandnoble.com]
PINK [barnesandnoble.com]
I recently looked at something and it didn't show the 'pick up in store,' option - so does that mean it's an online-only item?
Do you think this would work for the Elf on the Shelf? Would it count as a toy, I wonder...
I did the "check inventory" for the pink lap pad tablet- found it locally- they called and texted and told me it was at the register with my name on it- would hold for 3 days.

Thanks so much OP for posting this. I love the toys B&N sells and, in my area, it is hard to find these quality toys (i.e. HABA).
THANKS for the heads up. so how does this work?
just do a pick up for the leapfrog pad and print off the coupon for 40% off?
ETA: for how long will B&N hold your item? I noticed the coupon is good unitl the 24th
I noticed this was a one time only coupon. Anybody have success yet?
Ugg. Thress local stores said they had them in inventory but when I send the request they say no.
I too really like HABA toys but I have found that my local B&N carries almost none of these, especially infant toys. Do most of you see HABA at your B&Ns? The stores around here do carry a lot of infant Manhattan Toys -- some of those are fine but I really prefer HABA.
I did just discover that the local BuybuyBaby store has a very nice selection of HABA infant stuff -- haven't bought any yet but I assume their usual coupons will work!
I'm having this happen too. The first store sent an email that they were OOS. Now every time I click "Pick up in store" I get a message on top of the fillable form that says "sorry we have verified with this store and there are no more items in stock". I'm wondering if they failed to exclude them on the coupon so are pulling them off the floor?
ETA: All 15 local stores stating out of stock. :/
darn it! just heard back from B&N that they couldn't locate it. :( BOO HISS
I got the "sorry, can't locate it" email from our 2 local stores as well.
Has anyone had luck just going to the store to get a leappad with the coupon? It's not close, but DH is willing to make the drive if there's a chance it might work.
I did two requests and one came back no, out of stock and a second one came back yes, 3 days to pick it up. In this store, they are charging 109.95 for the pink leap pad. Now I am trying to convince my DH that we are not going to get a better deal than this.
This is the email/text I received:
Good news. Your search is over. The distance between you and LeapFrog? LeapPad Explorer Learning Tablet ckTim is only as far as store location. Our booksellers have reserved 1 copy in your name at $109.95 per copy, and they're holding it until 11/23/2011. (After that, we have to give other customers their turn.) If you have any questions, please give the store a call at.
Thanks for participating in our "Pick Me Up" program. Our mission in life is to get you the item you want as quickly as possible. We'll see you soon.
Thanks for posting this. I was able to locate and buy a Leapster Explorer. It was only $40 with the coupon and my membership. Then I hit Toys R Us and got 4 games. Now I have the system and games, all for under $100. Yippee. Shopping for DS1 is done!
I couldn't find te leap pad either. When I asked today they Barnes and Nobles warehouse is out and probably won't get anymore before Christmas.
I also got the Leapster explorer. Do people like this?
The Leap Pad description says "Note: This item does not qualify for coupons or promotional discounts unless expressly stated." So I am kind of scared to try. I did try to put it on hold at one store where they said it was in stock, but the reply was no (probably some employee bought it on discount to resell, sigh).
I am not very familiar with the B&N toy section. Are there any other hot items or deals to be had with this coupon?
Very good deals, I don't know. They do have the InnoTab. They also have puzzles, some Legos, games. I'll probably use it to get Zingo.
EVERYTHING I checked online for availability in my local store showed OOS. I went down there yesterday and was underwhelmed by my store's selection. They had a limited Lego selection, but nothing geared toward the younger set. The LeapFrog shelves were sparse. Lots and lots of games though. I ended up getting "Pairs in Pears." Not very exciting use of a 40% off coupon! (I considered "Rory's Story Cubes too!") Congrats to those of you who managed a LeapPad with this discount!
Just picked up my leap pad tablet- they were very pleasant- said they are selling like crazy. It was $65 with the coupon- went to Delaware and NO TAX!
I have a friend who is getting one of the calico critter houses- like the tree house or townhouse I think showed locally.
We used it for the Lego Advent calendar. It came to $21.
I have called or visited every B&N within 50 miles and cannot find the leappad in stock. :( Guess i'll be sticking with the Explorer for ds.
Thanks OP! I put a Leappad on hold yesterday and picked it up tonight with the coupon no problems!
reading the reviews on amazon they seem to be more bad than good. Main complaint being the cost of the apps/games/stories.
anyone actually have/use this toy already? I guess for $65 it may be worth it! but ugggh, do we need it when we have 2 leapsters already?
also what charger do you buy for it?
