Mesh vs. Interlock polo shirts?

I need to buy LE uniform polo shirts for my daughter's school uniform.

Both mesh and interlock are the same price. I wonder which shows stains less and wonder if the mesh is itchy or less comfortable.

Which do you/your kids prefer and why?

My ds could care less about them but because I think the interlock ones would be more comfortable those are the ones I buy more often. We have a pretty even mix of both though at this point. Stains are pretty equal on both. The white interlock one might be a bit worse for the wear in that regard but the other colors (light blue and navy) don't seem to be different.

I was about to buy two of each, but then I began to overthink. ;)
I'll stick with the plan to get an assortment.
