Boden summer sale return question

Does anyone know if I can return stuff from my summer sale order with the free shipping label that I'll get from my fall order?

I used to do it all the time... I think they switched shipping services (from UPS), but it should still work.

The SA told me I had to return the sale merchanise within 7 days of receipt, so I had to return a dress I had from the summer sale before getting the fall order. You may want to double check on that in case it will be more than 7 days. I scanned the returns form and it didn't say anything about that so who knows, maybe it was just the SA I spoke to.

Thanks for the heads up. I just read my order summary for my sale stuff and you're right. If you return after the 7 days you can exchange or get a credit voucher only. Since it's been over the 7 days, I'll wait until I get my fall order to send the returns back.
