Need Stroller Recommendations Please (Tall Mommy)

I am on a mission to find a new stroller for this winter. Where I live it is freezing and snowy almost all winter. So I know that my Chicco Caddy will have to be packed away for the winter. I Love how easy and light this stroller is though.

We also have the Peg Perego Venezia that we used a ton when my Daughter was a newborn. It was perfect with her infant seat. But it is an awfully, awfully heavy stroller to drag all around this winter.

I am leaning towards getting a Peg Perego Pliko P3 right now.

Here is what I am looking for in a stroller....

-Something easy to operate. We live in the City and do alot of shopping and running around.

-I want the 2 handles that you hold on to. Not sure what it is called. I don't want just that bar you use to steer. I want to be able to throw shopping bags on it.

-Would like an adult cup holder

-Pretty good sized basket underneath

-Must work for a Tall Mommy! My Peg Perego Venezia just seems like it is made for a shorter person. I am 5'10. Not crazy tall but my stroller just seems like it was not made for a tall Mommy.

-a child tray that may come off

Can anyone help me with all on my requests? LOL.
