tell me about your success with Uppa Baby Vista c/s......

I bought my 2007 Uppa Baby Vista off of Craigslist in Jan., 2009. We have been really happy with the stroller, except the wheels, which have been a constant issue. We have never registered the stroller and neither did the prior owner (who I actually know through a moms group) so I can claim the stroller as my own and say I got it as a gift.

I bought two new sets of tires for the stroller shortly after I bought it (the thinner profile tires weren't available when my stroller was made, and it also needed new larger tires) and the thinner profile tires got stuck on the stroller, and would pop out the screws so we stopped using them; then recently the larger tires started getting really uneven wear, and now are poping the screws out too.

So, has anyone reported an issue like this to Uppa Baby, and if so what was the result you got? I have photos to send too.
