The woman at Osh Kosh told me that 24 months and 2T were the same exact cut and size there. What was different was that the 2Ts on up were more "trendy," while the 24 months down were still baby styles. So it's more of a style issue, at least with Osh Kosh.
Don't even get me started on "trendy" clothes...I want Julia to look like a sweet little girl, and not a teenager!
