Default What do you do with excess oranges??

There are a TON of things to make with extra apples ~ applesauce, apple butter, apple pie, apple crisp, apple chips ~ but I have no idea what to do with my extra oranges and tangerines. HELP!! It would be great if I was a chocolate-dipped orange kinda gal but I am NOT!

    Any ideas?? TIA!

What about juicing them and freezing the juice for later? Mmm...I love fresh squeezed orange juice! You could even freeze the juice in an ice cube tray and then you would have little bits of juice that you could pop into sauces. Use the cubes instead of ice in iced tea or maybe with some cranberry juice and/or 7-up?

How about making pomanders? Stud them with cloves. Bet they'd smell really nice!

I'd squeeze them for fresh juice--so yummy!

And after you juice them, put the rinds in a pot of water with a stick of cinnamon and simmer gently for a great-smelling home!
