Ok, we have been pretty happy with Huggies for the last 6 months, but we are noticing over the last couple of weeks that when our daughter gets wet, it seems to ooze through the diaper onto her clothes. Not really a leak, but just a general wetness that seems to permeate through the diaper. Has anyone else had problems with this? Can anyone recommend another brand that seems to eliminate this problem?

This sounds like a manufacturing problem. (Perhaps a liner was accidentally omitted during the manufacturing process.) I would call Huggies customer service and complain.

Same exact thing was happening to DS (7mos) last week, but only in the morning after not having a diaper change all night. We're using size 3 LUVS. Now for nighttime I put him in Luvs Good Nights (size 4) or a regular size 4, which helps. It's a little baggier around the legs, but it absorbs more urine, and that was his problem at night. Maybe you just need more absorption, which I think increases as you go up in size.
