First Naartjie Phone Order...Was Lost

After hearing/seeing so much about Naarjie here on the board, I finally made my first phone order last week. Actually ordered an outfit for a baby shower as well. Well, I hadn't received anything 8 days later and phoned today to find out there is no record of my order. Is this common / occasional / rare event? (Order from Brea store).

Hi Judy,
I'd advise ordering from another store. I always ordered from Brea and my orders were always messed up. I posted about it a while ago (I had almost given up on Naartjie) and some of the ladies recommended Stoneridge - and I'm thrilled with them!

That's terrible! I've never had that happen but I have found the clerks at the Brea store to be pretty loopy. I talked to one that I would have sworn was on drugs. I've liked everyone at all the other stores, though.
