Default New Janie and Jack is up

And I am just DYING over the French Country line. I love EVERYTHING. This is soooo bad. I just placed a big Naartjie order and I have a few things I want to get at Gymbo's COF later this month...and now this. These are my absolute favorite colors. There are SO many pieces in this line and I love them all. Sigh.

The boys line is cute, but just okay cute to me. I like the plaid shirt, but I am quickly realizing that I can get just as cute plaid shirts from the Gap for under $20 where a J&J plaid button down is closer to $30.

Layette. Love the girls bubbles, but that coconut bikiki!!!! WHAT are they thinking??? WOW!

Oh, I was just going to post about the new stuff. Have not looked at the layette yet, but I do love some of the french country pieces. The colors are great for Katherine. I swore I would not buy any stuff at full price from them again after my last purchase, but I really love this bubble...

Great choices...I love the red dress too - and the little wrap top and jeans. I am trying to stick with practical/comfy stuff for the summer - as we seem to have a closet full of non-practical clothes. And as you are probably dealing with right now, when you are crawling around, dresses and dainty white tops are not cutting it!

An OT question - how the heck do you get your pics to appear within your post (i.e. under text) as opposed to at the total bottom of the post like mine did? I cannot figure out how to do this for the life of me!

I can't believe it...there's not *one piece* in the French Country line that I don't like! I love it all! Yikes. I'm going to have to really whittle down what I'm going to get. Fortunately, I'm going to B'ham tomorrow where there is a B&M store so I can see everything IRL to make a decision.

    This dress is TDF!!

I love this top...don't know about matching bottoms though.

And, well, there are just too many things I love to list them all! LOL!

I do think the boys line is really cute but armadillos? To me, an armadillo is a dead thing on the side of the road and even on the *extremely rare* occasion that I see one alive they are just disgusting. I don't think I could do one on my child's clothing. The non-armadillo pieces are really cute, though. And the boys layette is really cute, too.

The girls layette is precious and I wish that AG could wear it. The coconut bikini is quite atrocious, though. *What* were they thinking???

I'm loving pretty much everything too! Several of the dresses are adorable, but we have so many already. I especially like the Ruffle Tank Bubble that has already been posted and these two from Layette...

I've been looking for a couple bubble type outfits. They seem like they would be comfortable. I'm finding that I've been buying so much Naartjie just because I think DD is more comfortable for play. I'm hoping these will be comfy too because I have a gift card buring a hole in my pocket!

    I loveloveLOVE the twirl dress!

But we have soooo many dresses and dressy clothes that I won't let Julia wear to play outside... sigh... I think I have to just concentrate on knit play clothes that can be worn in the backyard, at the playground, at the beach, etc.

Actually, Kohl's is having a great sale right now. I just bought a pile of knit tops and shorts for a steal.

And, what were they thinking with that coconut bikini?! It's hideous, but I bet it will make a killing on Ebay next year!! LOL.

I *love* this line too. My favorites are a lot of the pieces that have already been posted. I also think this is cute, but I wish that it had cap sleeves instead of being tank-style. I like that it is a little more casual, kwim?

I love the twirl dress and the red scenic blouse. The red looks so pretty! I can't wait to see it IRL.

Of course, I still want something from Tailor Made. The green in that line is soooo fresh and pretty.

In a way, I think it is worse that I have a J&J in town. I buy a lot more when I'm able to see it IRL!

I like a lot of it too, but will try to wait for a sale or until I see it IRL or on some of the RL girls and can't resist any longer! ;) I did order the ruffled jeans in two sizes (love the AMEX free shipping!) this morning because they always sell out so quickly.

Lori, I'm about to be a bad influence so stop reading if you want to!

Get the bubble! My DD is going to be 18 months this summer and real "baby" bubbles won't look right on her. (Rompers we can still do). So as far as I'm concerned you may only have ONE summer for these sweet little baby bubbles so should take full advantage!

    Best,
    Mary
