DS is not keen on wearing a hat (or a coat for that matter). He loves trucks and I was thinking that if I could find an iron on (or sew on) truck or letter (his initials) patch, he might be more interested in wearing it.
Has anyone ever seen "fun" patches like this?

If he is around 2, you could try it, but it's probably just the age. Both of my kids went through a "I don't want to wear a coat/hat" rebellion somewhere around age 2.

try your local fabric store. several years ago i saw some kid style iron-on patches at joann's.
