    Default Kettler Replacement Parts (update)

    Just an update on ordering replacement parts for damaged Kettlers. First, thanks to westchicagomom, redhookmom and zuzu for your encouragement!

    I ordered replacement parts for all of the damaged pieces - a long list. It's tough for me to call customer service during their regular hours so I tried emailing instead. I was very specific on the part numbers using the pdf file on the web (I think it's the instruction manual). I waited 2 days and they replied saying they would send the parts for free and they should arrive in 7-10 days. Let's hope the replacement parts are in good shape.

    So for anyone else with damaged pieces, they didn't seem to balk at the long list.

    Glad to hear you were able to order everything you needed via email! My parts arrived very well wrapped and in perfect condtion a day or two after I called, so yours should be there soon. :)
