    Default Camry and Britax

Hi! DS is about to outgrow his snugride, so we are looking for a convertible seat. I have heard the Britax ones are the best quality, is that true? What's the second best? Also, DS is 75%tile so I was thinking of getting the Marathon rather than the Roundabout, but am concerned that it won't fit well in our cars: Toyota Camry and Toyora Matrix. Anyone have experience with these cars?
    TIA!!

Britax seats are high-end seats and are great in terms of ease of use. That being said, a 'lesser rated' seat used correctly will be safer than a 'higher rated' seat used incorrectly.

You can check the database here for compatibility with your cars:

I have a marathon currently rear-facing in the center seat of my 2002 Camry. It fits just fine, and we have been very pleased with it. If I had to put it rear-facing in one of the outboard positions, the front seat would probably have to be scooted up pretty far but still doable. Good luck! Since the marathon fits, I assume a roundabout would also fit well, maybe even better.
