Default Petunia Pickle Bottom Diaper Bags

I think I want to get the Petunia Pickle Bottom Diaper Backpack to go with the Bugaboo that I am ordering. My question to those who already own one is how durable is the fabric. Has it stood up pretty well and does it snag?
    Thanks,

yes, i'd love to hear about their durability!

toward the end of unmedicated contractions, i was thinking, "damn, you know, i've EARNED that bag."

I have the Sunset Dragon Roll (red) backpack and absolutely LOVE it! I have had no problems with the fabric at all - no snags or stains, so far (knock on wood...). It really holds quite a bit and it seems to withstand a lot of abuse - DH runs it into his parent's hedges every time we take Aidan to visit! I get a lot of comments on the bag, both positive (it is just gorgeous) and negative (it's so impractical, what if he spits up all over it?). When it comes down to it, it's my favorite bag and was money well spent. I think it's unique and it makes me feel pretty, even when I haven't washed my hair in a week and I'm wearing DH's high school sweatshirt to the store because we're running low on diapers. I can just pretend everyone's checking out my diaper bag...

Jennifer, I am looking to get this bag as well, but just curious how the attached changing pad works for you? Is this practical or is it a pain? Does the bag get in the way when trying to change the baby? This is my only concern before I buy it. This is my first baby so I am totally clueless with this whole thing. Thanks for the info.

Honestly, I rarely use the attached changing pad - I have four other diaper bags, so I just take one of the pads from those bags to use. However, DH will use the attached pad and likes it - he says it's just one less thing he has to remember! I do have to admit though, it's perfect for those Koala tables in the public bathrooms - you don't have to balance the bag and a baby. It looks a lot more awkward than it really is. HTH!

I have the Land of the Lost Toddler Tote and love it. I use it everyday and get so many compliments. It is fraying a bit, however, on the bottom. I wouldn't say it's a rugged diaper bag, but it is beautiful and holds up well for the challenges a mother with two young boys throw its way.

I actually bought one and returned it for the one main reason of the changing pad. It is attached to the bag and can not come off. For some reason when I saw it online and it said zip off, i assumed it zipped off!! My baby is too big for it there is no good way to maneuver it to work for me. Also, the pad is really not washable. Do you really want to just spot clean a soiled changing pad? I returned it and am going to try the toddler bag instead. Probably will use my own pad so I can clean it better.
