Any thoughts on this stroller - I love the way it moves and is very lightwieght. Am I going to miss the baby bar in front?

Any other positives or negatives you can share!

    Thanks!

    Hi--
I don't think you'd miss the baby bar, I don't think I'd like it to have one--much easier to get him in and out without it (although he never really got too used to one, only had him in the venezia in the beginning and then every once in a while).
I love it, it handles great over all sorts of sidewalks, even grass sometimes.
I do have to say, the hood got a little bent up though maybe in the car travelling--so be careful when folding/travelling with it, and just today the wheel broke off (it's only 9 months old, still under waranty, so the place I purchased it is fixing it free of charge). this might indicate it's not the best made--but, it seems very sturdy other than that. the fabric all snaps off and i've washed it 2X's already and it comes out great from the washing machine and dryer.
it's my husbands favorite too, handles really well, good suspension and nice tall adjustable handlebars.
Oh, the wheather/rain shield is great too--fits well and is easy to store underneath.
I have the little tripper diaper bag that I hang on the strollr' holder hooks on the back--works great.

    good luck!!

I love this stroller, I use it everyday here in NYC. On the other hand, my DD was not happy in it till about 15 months. The suspension is good but not good enough for newborns.

We use the Techno for all quick trip errands, but for longer outings, such as the mall, DS & I still prefer the Venezia. (He is 13.5 months) That is for 3 reasons -- (1) I have a Sassy Busy Bug Bar attached to the napper bar on the Venezia which still manages to keep him entertained after 7.5 months of use! He is infinitely more restless in the Techno; (2) the Venezia is much easier to recline with a sleeping baby -- and if we're out long enough, he will inevitably fall asleep in the stroller still; (3) he doesn't absolutely have to wear the shoulder strap portion of the harness in the Venezia (I know, bad Mommy) because he never attempts to climb out of the stroller and is much, much happier with only the lap belt when we are cruising around a store. That said, it is much easier to put him in the Mac because there's no napper bar to lift him up and over. I love both strollers for entirely different reasons, but I confess that I find it difficult to see how people with young babies survive with just a Mac.
