HELP! Has anyone had a flat tire on their Bugaboo?

I just noticed that my Bugaboo has a flat tire, but I have not yet determined the cause. Hopefully the air just somehow got let out, and DH can refill it with air. However, if the leak is due to tire damage, what can I do? Has anyone had this problem, and if so, what did you do about the damaged tire? Can you order a new one? We're going on vacation to Carmel in two weeks, and I want to make sure the Bugaboo is in good working order for this trip.

Hi Shani! I had a flat on my Bug once after an airplane trip. I just pumped it up a little and took it in to my local Bugaboo retailer. This store was nice enough to repair it for free, but I'm not sure all places will be as kind. You can order replacement inner tubes and tires through a retailer, but I'm not sure about the turnaround time.

Anyhow, the store I bought my Bug from and the one that did the repair is StrollandGo.com. I'd give them a call and see if they can order you the new parts, or just check your local Bug retailer.
