Rodney at Kiwi-kids once again earns my vote. He is just so sweet and bends over backwards to help.
My e3 seat ripped today and I called the new US distributors since Rodney doesn't carry them anymore. Anyway the new distributors asked me to mail back the seat which would have taken a bit of time and lleft me strollerless or to take a photo of the damaged seat. That would have been easy except my digital camera isnt working and DH is in Iraq. So I was getting very frustrated and decided to see if Rodney had any extra seats left.
After I explained the situation and said they wouldn't mail me a new seat becuase what if I was just getting a stroller for free. he replied twits and told me to have them call him and he will confirm that I own one.
So I called back and after asking them to call Rodney they agreed to just send me a new seat.
Woohoo! Rodney rocks. And definitly check him out of looking to buy a new stroller.
