RE: Summer Infant "Sure and Secure" Gate?
We bought it at BRU this past weekend, and my DH and Dad put it up at the bottom of the stairs right away. It is much studier than any of the other pressure mounted gates I have seen, which is good because my DS likes to play with it right now. The only negative I have is that the latch is really stiff -- it takes a lot to get it to open. Plus, it isn't designed in the best way. There is a button you need to push in and then lift the latch, but the button is only on one side of the latch, which makes either going up or coming down (depending on the direction you mount the gate) a little clumsy.
Like I said, we've only used it for a few days, but it seems like a good gate.
