It's 5:25, and we've slept less than an hour since midnight. Abby has been crying, stiffening up, and saying, "Hot!" although she isn't. I have no idea what's wrong. Poor baby. And I'm so tired.

I feel for you!! Gabrielle coughed most of the night and when she stopped and went to sleep, I got hit by diarrhea. Today could be LOOONG day until daddy gets home. I feel horibble!

*Hugs* I hope she feels better soon and you both get some rest tonight!
Ugh, I feel for you sister!! What's going on? Is the whole country out sick? Seems that way. Hope everybody feels better soon.
My tummy is starting to rumble, and I wonder if I *am* going to be hit by the virus after all. No fun, no fun, no fun!!
Poor Abigail! And poor you! Hope you can figure out what's wrong.
The only sleep I got was from 3.45 am to 5.15 am - Neel has a double ear infection, a cold and a yeasty diaper rash from the antibiotics. :(

Oh yuck. I'm sorry Rachel. Sophie has been getting up too. Very unlike her. At first we thought she was too hot, but now we're thinking she's too cold!
Try and take a nap.

Rachel,
Anything I can do? Come on over and we'll take turns taking naps :)
Thanks, Pam. And everyone. We're a little better today. We had six hours worth of hospital appointments yesterday (GI doctor, nutritionist, lab, and then ER because there was nobody available to see her in her ped's office), which quite sucked. During Abby's pointless bloodtest, she was sobbing hysterically and saying, "Mommy's here! Mommy's here!" to comfort herself, which was so sad even the tech almost burst into tears. Things looked up for her later when the hospital caught fire while we were waiting in the ER. She was very fond of the firetrucks and the fire alarms.

Oh my! I hope that you and Abby are getting some much needed rest! Saying, "Mommy's here, Mommy's here!" just makes me all teary!

Me too! Yesterday was the first time she did it, but she has said it all day today, anytime she needs comforting. I'm touched that she's chosen that phrase to soothe herself, but it's totally heartbreaking, too. Her little voice is so tiny and sweet.
