Dear Hershey1 - thanks for your information. No wonder 'red flags' went up when I was there.

I have since found the dress of my dreams at Ines di Santo salon.

For brides looking at Timeless, if the fabric type is important to you, be sure to ask questions. They described the dress I was looking at as Silk-Satin and Italian-Silk-Satin. When I probed further, I found out it was made of a Polyester blend fabric - not real Italian Silk. I felt very warm in the dress that I was considering because the fabric did not breathe (and it was even strapless!)

The gowns look lovely, so if silk doesn't matter to you, don't mind this - just know what you're buying :)

    >I purchased my bridal gown from Timless Bridal in Feb 2004 -

    >complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They must have
    >their sales pitched memorized, and choregraphed because I went
    >through the same thing when I visited their showroom. I am

    >I entered into a contract with Timeless Bridal on Feb. 28,
    >2004 to purchase a wedding gown for my wedding on October 23,
    >2004. My dress was custom made to fit my measurements.
    >Alterations were not included in the price of the dress.

    >On my wedding day - October 23, 2004, I noticed a slit in the

    >
    >When I returned from my honeymoon I contacted Timeless Bridal

    >unacceptable - they proceeded to tell other brides shopping in
    >the showroom to "Ignore (me), we told her she wasn't going to
    >get a picture".
