catering schools

hi, i just thought i would let every one know that lots of colleges have a catering department run by students (with supervision, i'm sure). most mainly do department events on campus, but the local one here will do events in the community. they charge a 15% fee for off-campus events but the prices are usually cheap enough to make up for that. the middle tennessee state university catering department will serve a full meal for $13 and up--which after doing some research sounds pretty good to me!

Does anybody have an updated link or links for culinary schools, etc? I am looking for somewhere around San Francisco in particular.
