I also do not have an answer about the diapers, but found your story heart-wrenching. I don't think I've read a similar post anywhere on this board. Best of luck to you and your family in the healing process.
First off, I am so sorry for your loss. I cannot even imagine what you're going through.
As far as the diapers, I don't think that they will expire.

I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. You and your family are in my thoughts.
On the diaper question (and its an excellent question--I have leftovers sitting in bags in the basement) I would e-mail Huggies. I'd love to hear their reply.

I am so sorry to hear about the death of your baby.
I have an old newborn diaper that my daughter has on a doll. Its weird smelling. Maybe you would consider donating them to catholic charities, an adoption agency, or a women's shelter.
I hope you heal quickly and can get pregnant again. I believe there is a yahoo group for women who have or trying to get pregnant after uterine rupture.

I don't know the answer to your question but just wanted to say I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I cannot imagine what you and your family are going through. Big hugs to you.
