Default What would you put in a Trader Joe's gift basket?

Based on Amy's rave review of TJ's Pure Castile Soap, and her mention of a gift basket, I think that a gift basket of Trader Joe's goodies would be a great Xmas gift for a few of our relatives that don't have one near them. I shop there a lot and would love to share the fun.

So . . . what would you put in a gift basket from TJ's? I'm talking non-perishable, and non-kids' items.

TIA! (And thanks for the idea Amy!) :-)

There are so many things that would be great in a TJ's basket.

TJ's puts lots of great things for gift giving out around the holidays, including Belgium chocolates, tins of nuts, and cookies. TJ's chocolate truffles are delish.

I like their Sushine Spa body scrubs. They come in several different varieties. I really like the Tangerine, brown sugar scrub. Another great TJ's gift item are their dripless candles.

You could not do wrong with TJ's coffees, teas, or dried fruits. Also great are the different oils and vinegars (I love the white balsamic)

Also, if your TJ's sells wine you have many affordable and great tasting wines to choose from.

I frequently make gift baskets from TJ's at the holidays, they also sell great baskets and clear celophane bags to wrap.

    I love Trader Joe's!

My brother sent me a TJ's gift basket last year (apparently, he didn't realize that there's one in our city). I got: orange and raspberry chocolate jellies, mustard, Rosencrunch & Guildenpop, olives, roasted red peppers, among other things.

Rosemary Mint lotion and shower gel, such a great way to start the day.

The White Cheddar Mac and Cheese I absolutely love!

My Mom loves some jarred Cherries, and the peach sauce.

My MIL loves the brushetta and the toasts to go with it.

    Jude loves the Booty!

The Chai tea bags are always a hit, and they are light for shipping.

DH and my brother love the honey whole wheat pretzels and the wasabi peas.

The meranige (sp) cookies are great!

The chocolate covered cranberries are a hit whenever they make it to the office.

My friend serves the tapenade (sp?) and it is always a hit.

I don't think you can go wrong with anything! This posting has inspired me to go there soon, maybe today during lunch. Now that we have moved it is close to work, and not close to home.

    Happy shopping!

    Jeanne -
Pumpkin Butter is my new TJ's obsession. Do you know how long they'll carry it? I asked this morning and the only thing the oh-so-helpful cashier said was, 'Stock up'. Do I at least have until Thanksgiving time?
