DD was 9lbs 5oz at birth. She hit 25 lbs when she was around 9 months old! I used to get a complex when people would question me about her size.. Not anymore, I just love those chubby thighs!!!

Uh, Sophie weighed 24lbs just around her 22 month mark. ;)
She was 6 lbs. 1 oz. at birth. She's always been a small munchkin at the 5th-10th percentile for height/weight.

Jude,
Eva was 9 pounds at birth, weighed 22 pounds at 12 months and now weighs 25 pounds at 16 months. She is 75% in weight and 95% in height at 32.5 inches tall. It has been my exprerience with Eva that she gets the chunkiest right before she has a growth spurt and gets taller.

Jude--Ellie was 7 lbs 10 oz at birth and weighed about 17 lbs 6 oz around 10 months. She's pretty small! She really slowed down after she hit the 6th-month mark, which I suspect you'll find with your DD.

Ryan is a skinny mini toddler at 16 months, he is about 21 pounds! He is a very energetic toddler and he eats 3 meals a day + snacks but he has his daddy's metabolism I guess. :)

Bella was 24 pounds 4 ounces and 35 inches at her 3 year check-up. She is quit tiny though - just got back on the charts for weight and is 10th% for height.
Babies and kids come in all shapes and sizes so I wouldnt worry. She will probably slim down some once she starts crawling

Gavin was 29.5" tall and just about 22 lbs at his 9 month appointment.
He's not chubby at all, so he's nicely proportioned with H&W. I'm sure he's even taller by now, but I am 5'10" and DH is 6'3", so we know DS isn't going to be short!
Your little one is not unusual...it seems to me that they all seem to even out around 2 or so. Enjoy kissing those delicious round cheeks while she still has them!

At 17 months Sarah was at almost 21 pounds, so she is pretty small for her age. She was born right in the middle of the charts, and then dropped down quite a bit after birth. I've known babies much larger and much smaller, even within the same family. No worries, as long as they are all healthy and developing well.
