I ask because pre birth and since I have felt it to be with an "on" sound in there...

My dearest friend says it with an "own" sound in there...

I felt it the same name so never thought or do feel a need to say it otherwise or correct her...

But typical of the way we speak: Karsh says it soooooo sweetly (he has a cherub voice) and calls her "Baby Blownwyn" (the own sound) and thus in our fashion of picking up what they say and using them as nicknames (like Karsh is Karffff due to Tristan and now Karfu because he calls me mammu and Steve dadu) we have started calling her "Baby Blownwyn" (own sound)...
EDITED TO CLARIFY NOT THE SOUND OF BROWN...MORE LIKE OWN-CLONE-DRONE-WITH A LONG SOUNDING "O"...

But to make a long post even longer :)
I am now wondering if as we go further and "Baby Blownwyn" is no longer used which is prettier Bronwyn (on sound) or Bronwyn (own sound). And if anyone knows the true welsh pronounciation I would love to know.

An example is my "Neve" is like "EVE" with an N
Pams "Neve" and the acress is like "EV" with an N

Thanks if you have hung in there this long...
