Default Best Animal Shows on TV?

Are there any specific animal shows on TV that just have animals... or that have a lot of animals having fun? Any your kiddos love? Scanning through the Animal Planet listings, I see there are a lot of shows featuring people doing things with animals or about cops/vets rescuing animals, etc.

DD fell in love with a show called "Reino Animal" on a Spanish network today. DH said it "just had animals" and DD got frustrated at commercials and when people came on. So I am Tivo'ing Reino Animal for a rainy day. It's only on on weekends. Any other recs?

DD doesn't get muppets or cartoon animals yet.

    TIA!

DD has enjoyed the Planet's Funniest Animals on Animal Planet for some time.

If you can get Zoboomafoo on PBS, that's been a favorite here for a long time. I really like watching it, too - it used to come on during naptime, and I'd watch it on my own.

Their website is http://pbskids.org/zoboo/ and here in the Pacific Northwest it's on at 9am.

Thanks, Petra. There are two Zoboos coming up that may appeal to Jazz -- cows and kids. Mooooooo!

We love Zooboomafoo! It's on PBS every morning here!

And on weekend mornings we catch some good animals shows, including Petkeeping w/ Marc Marone, which is fun.

I haven't seen an episode of Zoboo that I haven't liked - the whole premise of the show is great. I hope Jazz (and you!) like it :)

Default Does anyone remember the show with the goofy guy and all the baby animals?

Sorry to hijack, but DH and I were just talking about this the other day. We'd occassionally run into this show while channel surfing on weekend mornings before DD was born and I haven't seen it yet. The host was a goofy but lovable guy who had all these baby animals on a table and they were climbing all over him and the table. It was adorable and I know DD would love it but I haven't had any luck finding it. It may have been a local show (Philly) but I'm not sure..

    Any clues????

    It sounds like Jack Hanna.
