help me write my 30th birthday party invitation!

DH is throwing me a 30th bday party in a month (yay, me!). It will be at our home, dessert and drinks (probably a bartender), about 40-50 people. I am so stumped on a cute little phrase for the top of the invite- I usually like to do a 2 line rhyme and then the rest of the invite will be normal.

This was all I could think of, but for obvious reasons it is slightly inappropriate:
She's flirty, she's dirty
Ashley is turning 30!

Jokes aside, this was all I could find online and it is just blah:
Just in case you didnt know
Ashley is turning the big 3-0

any ideas? usually I come up with these so quickly but I am having a mental block.

I'm not very good at these, but what about changing the first option around so that it's more appropriate? I do like the flirty/thirty rhyme.

For example:
She's fun, she's flirty
Ashley's turning 30!
