Clean House, Clean Planet users: "Vinegar Rinse" ?

I have started making some of the cleaning recipes from CH, CP, based on so many recommendations from posters here, and am very excited (well, as much as you can be about cleaning) about getting started over the weekend. My one big question is that the author repeatedly talks about finishing with a vinegar rinse or a scented vinegar rinse when doing some chores for extra cleansing or to get off any baking soda residue, etc.

Does she literally mean just vinegar or vinegar and essential oil? I may be dense, but I couldn't find a recipe for "vinegar rinse" in the book. Does anyone do this? It sounds rather strong to me for my Pergo floors, which I usually wash with vinegar and water right now anyway. If you do use it, is it in a spray bottle, or how do you do it? TIA!

I have a spray bottle that is half water, half vinegar with a few drops of lemon essential oil that I use as a "vinegar rinse" after I clean the tubs with the earth scrub that has baking soda in it and also after I clean my kitchen counters (which I just clean with a scrub sponge and soap and water.) I just spray down the surfaces and then rinse with water in the tub or wipe with a damp rag on the kitchen counters. HTH.

Yes, that, only I use tea tree oil instead of lemon. The rinse I actually use to clean off kitchen surfaces, and to mop the floor, but there's a disinfectant cleaning spray in that book that takes quite a bit of water to rinse off. If you use the vinegar rinse, it comes off in one try!
