Britax Bodyguard vs. Jupiter Komfort Kruiser

I had my mind made up to buy the Jupiter Komfort Kruiser for my tall 3-year old who weighs 41 pounds. Then Britax brings out the Bodyguard. Now I don't know which one to purchase. I want something comfortable because he still falls asleep in his carseat. Does the Bodyguard really provide that much more side protection than the Komfort Kruiser? From the photos, the wings on the Bodyguard seem to be larger. This may be annoying to an older child. Any thoughts on which one is better overall? (I'm finding the Komfort Kruiser for $84 and the Bodyguard for $130.)

Believe it or not, some people on another board who ordered the bodyguard early just got them *today*...and early reports are very favorable. CPSDarren got one early for product testing, and has a very thorough review on www.epinions.com (maybe under the name Caviller?). The headwings don't seem to be a problem for kids, and seem so far, so good, for sleeping.
The Komfort Kruiser is also nice, but I've heard a few reports of it not holding the shoulderbelt on the shoulder so well, and lots of people have had the foam actually break (the seat's usually still useable, but that's not a problem *I'd* like to have to contend with!)
The Britax Kid, the euro version of the bodyguard, got excellent ratings in the european "consumer reports"-type tests http://216.239.39.104/translate_c?hl...%3Den%26sa%3DN WHile that's not definitive, obviously, and there's no seat that appears comparable to the komfort kruiser this year, it's still rather reassuring in it's own right.

One thing, though, do you think your DS is mature enough to ride in a booster? I know a lot of 3 yo's aren't quite mature enough to handle the freedom of just the seatbelt rather than a 5-pt harness, and might do better in a Husky or a Marathon or an Airway. Some three year olds are fine, though, and if they can stay in position, a booster is no problem...just something to think about :)
