Looking for a Template for Home Construction Specifications/Statement of Work

Folks,

I'm fast approaching my timeline for having our home built, and would like to find a checklist/template/statement of work/contract for all of the things I would like for our builder to legally commit to. I realize I will have to fill in many of the specifics on materials, but I'm sure there are a number of standards that should go into any contract.
I won't be using a builder that is large scale and has their own contracts (favoring the builder), so I want to have one to at least counter what he may want to use.
Any help will be appreciated.
